The Opportunity

A team is not a slogan. It is an ecosystem.

In the alpine ecosystem, every animal has a role — Ibex, Marmot, Lynx, Chough. Strengths and risks coexist on the same body. Ikigai Games stages a real ascent in the Swiss Alps where each member discovers which one they are, and how the others compensate. The mountain decides. The team remembers.

The team moves at the pace of the slowest member. Communication saves lives. Your identity is your compass.

The Field Guide · How it works

Five movements,
one ascent.

Each step is designed, not improvised. By the time your team arrives at the summit, the work has already been done.

  1. I

    Movement I

    Take your reading

Each teammate answers a short alpine field guide. We return the animal they show up as — Conqueror, Specialist, or Artist.

  2. II

    Movement II

    Shape the pack

After inscription, we sit with you. Duration, lodging tier, dinners, and the surprise challenges are composed to your team's ambition — not chosen from a menu.

  3. III

    Movement III

    Gather the tribe

Three to nine members. Each one walks in as themselves — and meets the other eleven animals on the team.

  4. IV

    Movement IV

    Live the ascent

Real terrain in the Swiss Alps. Real ceremony at dusk. Real mirrors when the weather turns.

  5. V

    Movement V

    Carry the Season Report

A printed document each teammate takes home. The page they pin on the wall is the moat against forgetting.

The Tribe

Twelve animals.
One language for your team.

Each member receives a reading before arrival. By the first dinner, the team already speaks a new vocabulary — Ibex, Marmot, Lynx, Chough — strengths and weaknesses out loud.

Inscription

One price to enter. Your team's pack, shaped after.

Inscription opens the door. Everything beyond — duration, lodging tier, dinners, surprise challenges — is composed with your team in the discovery call.

Why Ikigai

Seven engines, one compounding system.

Stacked, not stacked-ranked. Each engine quietly reinforces the others until the ceremony runs itself.

  • 01/07

A team that pays you back

Each tribe brings their network. 12,000 silent impacts per cohort, zero acquisition cost, 100% social proof — the experience itself is the marketing.

  • 02/07

    Status that compounds

Bronze, Silver, Gold passes carry real privileges across seasons. Reputation accrues to the participant, not the calendar invite.

  • 03/07

    The 12 Animals as language

A common vocabulary for how each member shows up. Once a team has it, they keep using it — at work, at home, at the next summit.

  • 04/07

    Switzerland as the stage

Interlaken, Jungfrau, the Alps. Premium teams already travel here. We give them a reason to come together.

  • 05/07

    Ceremony, not itinerary

Every pack ends with a ritual — fire, chamber, summit. Memory needs an edge to hold on to.

  • 06/07

    The Season Report

A real, printed document each team takes home. The page they pin on the wall is the moat against forgetting.

  • 07/07

    A single platform

Public landing, authenticated app, ranking, gallery. The story continues long after the last sunset.

What teams say after

Six months later, they're still using the language.

  • We went up the mountain as colleagues and came down as a tribe. The vocabulary they gave us — Eagle, Wolf, Marmot — we still use every Monday.
